- Hotel Chorakuen has the largest open-air mixed bathing hot spring in Japan at 397 sq m. Although it is a mixed bath, have no fear as everyone covers up with bathing towels.
In spring, see the beautiful cherry blossoms along the river that runs through this hot spring town. In summer, take part in the local summer festival. In winter, taste delicious snow crab.
