West Japan Railway Company
The West Japan Railway Company, also known as JR West, operates railways in Osaka, Kyoto, and the rest of western Japan. The Kansai-Airport Express HARUKA which is covered in Hello Kitty-themed illustrations offers great access to city centers. For trips to the Sanyo-San’in area, the Sanyo Shinkansen, and the SUPER HAKUTO and YAKUMO limited express trains are convenient.
